All orders are final, unless you received an incorrect or defective item - in that event, we will refund the cost of the item and will pay return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that we are away on family vacation from the 16th - 25th. Any orders made during this time will be shipped out on the 26 or 27th. Thank you!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be able to be shipped to international destinations.
We ship our products exclusivley with Canada Post and use a flat rate shipping based on order total. We find this method works well and is accurate to actual shipping costs. If your actual shipping cost is more than the flate rate we will refund the difference.
On average our internatinal orders (ie. To the US and Europe) are recieved within 6-12 business days. Some addresses take longer.
Domestic orders take up to 2-5 business days to arrive.
